La instalaci\u00f3n del primer proyecto de Stormtech en Per\u00fa ha sido un hito importante, ya que se trata de un excelente producto que contribuye significativamente a la gesti\u00f3n de inundaciones y aguas pluviales. Este innovador sistema de drenaje urbano, se presenta como una alternativa sostenible y ecoamigable frente a los m\u00e9todos convencionales de construcci\u00f3n, como los tanques de concreto. Seg\u00fan Bruno Caj\u00e1n, jefe de ventas e ingenier\u00eda de aplicaci\u00f3n, “el uso de Stormtech super\u00f3 nuestras expectativas, ya que el dise\u00f1o modular permite una instalaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, reduciendo los costos de mano de obra”. Adem\u00e1s, Ronald Saravia, ingeniero de aplicaci\u00f3n y ejecutivo de ventas, destaca que “la resistencia estructural que el sistema proporciona y el cumplimiento de las normativas ambientales ayudan a obtener certificados LEED, reforzando nuestro compromiso con la sostenibilidad”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stormtech est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s exigentes de la industria, ofreciendo una integridad estructural superior y maximizando el uso del terreno. Con su estructura de c\u00e1maras de polipropileno, el sistema permite la retenci\u00f3n y la infiltraci\u00f3n del agua de lluvias, constituyendo una soluci\u00f3n eficiente para la gesti\u00f3n h\u00eddrica. Soporta cargas de tr\u00e1fico HS-20, garantizando durabilidad en entornos urbanos e industriales, mientras que su dise\u00f1o modular simplifica el transporte, la instalaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para el proyecto del paquete Per\u00fa Norte 07 Bicentenario I.E. Santa Lucia, se eligi\u00f3 el sistema Stormtech de ADS Tigre, una soluci\u00f3n robusta y avanzada que se instala bajo estacionamientos y \u00e1reas verdes para mitigar los efectos de la lluvia. En total, se instalaron 3 filas de 24 c\u00e1maras SC740, junto con 6 tapas SC740 y 70 m\u00b3 de piedra chancada, resultando en un volumen total de 58.98 m\u00b3 para el almacenamiento de aguas pluviales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La elecci\u00f3n del sistema Stormtech se fundamenta en su eficacia, innovaci\u00f3n y sostenibilidad, promoviendo un manejo eficiente de las aguas pluviales y evitando inundaciones en la superficie. Este sistema permite la liberaci\u00f3n controlada del agua de lluvia, pudiendo ser realizada por bombeo o mediante un sistema de drenaje. Al ser instalado bajo el suelo, se libera espacio en la superficie para usos variados, como estacionamientos y \u00e1reas recreativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su alta resistencia y durabilidad son algunas de sus mayores fortalezas, ya que las c\u00e1maras est\u00e1n fabricadas de polipropileno resistente a cargas HS-20. Adem\u00e1s, el dise\u00f1o del Stormtech es modular y ligero, lo que permite una instalaci\u00f3n sencilla y econ\u00f3mica, eliminando la necesidad de estructuras de concreto y equipos especializados, reduciendo as\u00ed los costos de obra y el tiempo de instalaci\u00f3n. Este sistema minimiza el impacto del agua de lluvia, disminuyendo la erosi\u00f3n del suelo y la formaci\u00f3n de cuerpos de agua, y puede facilitar la obtenci\u00f3n de certificaciones como el sello LEED, contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad en proyectos de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
